Career highlights 1986 – Manager with The Continuity Company, a US multinational and leader in the Loyalty Programs sector. Mainly involved in opening new offices in Europe and handling their initial development 2003 – Assistant to the CEO of Hasbro Italia, a US multinational in the toys sector
2006 – Assistant to the CEO of Geodis/Zust Ambrosetti (Mi), a French multinational in the logistics sector
2007 – Ongoing collaboration with the Structured Finance team headed by Manlio Genero in Deloitte Consulting
2008 – Takes part in the setting up of Consolving Srl

Manlio Genero

Degree in Business and Economics Qualified accountant (“Dottore commercialista”) and statutory auditor More than 35 years of experience of advisory services to banks and financial intermediaries With Arthur Andersen for around 10 years from 1983 and, in 1994, became partner in charge of the audit of Italian banks in the Centre and South of Italy With Deloitte Consulting for around 10 years from 1999, partner in the Securitisation & Structured Finance Team for Italy and South East Europe. On an international level, helped found the same Team with Frank Dubas (USA) and Ulrich Lotz (Germany) and, for 10 years in a row, the Team won the ISR award for Best Accounting Firm for those services. On an Italian level, Manlio helped develop the securitisation management platform of the FIAT/SAVA Group, transformed Italfondiario into a servicer and developed the SORTED web-based management platform for the sale of the NPLs of BPM, BPER and 24 banks in the Iccrea Group.
In 2008 he sets up Consolving Srl, gaining in 2019 the authorization from the Ministry of Economy and Finance to offer audit services.

Network

Consolving works alongside clients with an approach typical of the most innovative consulting firms. It creates project teams including its own resources and resources from the firms belonging to its network and enters into temporary collaboration agreements with senior resources with skills deemed necessary for each specific new engagement.

Since 2009, A&F has been one of the leading Arrangers on the Italian market for securitisations and structure finance operations. In its first ten years of activity, it has structured more than 20 securitisations involving more than Euro 10 billion. Its managing partner is Fabio Stupazzini who has worked previously for Societè Generale and Calyon.

For almost 15 years, AP has been a recognised player providing support with securitisation transactions, offering SPV incorporation services, Corporate Services, Calculation Agent and RON services. Its partners – with equal shares - are Manlio Genero, Advisory and Finance Srl STP and Mpartners Srl.

Since 2003, Mpartners has operated as an advisory firm, providing professional services to financial and corporate clients. The firm is recognised as a specialist in Accounting & IAS/IFRS Advisory services. Its managing partner is Fabrizio Mandrile, formerly of Arthur Andersen.
